Yes, a 5-Day Trial Period comes with the purchase of any saddle.

If the saddle doesn’t work out for any reason, you need to notify us via email at Info@HighlandSaddles.com by the 5th day of receiving the saddle, you can return the saddle, once received in same condition as it was sent, a  full refund less shipping fee which is the buyer’s responsibility will be processed.

Yes, we ship saddles anywhere in Canada and the United States.

  • Ensure the saddle is wrapped with bubble wrap from pommel to cantle or vice versa across the top of the seat and through the Gullet a couple of times. This protects both the pommel and Cantle during shipment.
  • Another important tip is to ensure the saddle fits snugly into the box. The larger the box, the more room the saddle has to move around and potentially get damaged in transit. It’s OK to fold the saddle flaps in on themselves for a snug fit.
  • Please ensure that returns are clearly marked on customs declaration that you are returning product.
  • Shipping charges are the Buyer’s responsibility, C.O.D.’s will not be accepted.
